Folk in resistance work, arts and activism practice and those of us who come from mixed marginalised backgrounds are more likely to be neurodivergent, code switching, masking and adapting behavior to fit into colonial learning and working spaces. These one-hour co-working sessions are designed to support focus through witnessing, body doubling and co-regulation. 5 minutes of grounding, checking in and naming our focus goals - 50 minutes of work - 5 minute reflections/ stretch. It's magic!
Land-based, anti-oppressive healing from colonial fragmentation disorder (CFD - I'm currently writing a book about this but I want to first offer it to the communities my work seeks to serve).
Join a practice group building and nurturing independent and community rituals for healing, resistance and paradigm-shifting fueled by collective yearning for an equitable and just land-back future. All who yearn are welcome.
